Client Objectives for Landscape:

She had a flagstone patio that was installed after the walkway, which created a jarring optical illusion. It was misaligned with the back door and gate, which had to be corrected. There were several overgrown hibiscus shrubs that infringed on the usable space that needed to be removed. The side yard area had dead shrubs, which she wanted removed, and she needed more privacy. The overgrown front garden with rotted timber walls needed to be cleaned up and stabilized.

Main Features:

The backyard transformation features a redesigned, renovated patio with a curved profile that softened the landscape space and provided a larger planting space. The misaligned brick walkway was removed. We replaced the outdated, overgrown landscape with a curated selection of many flowering perennials and shrubs designed for multi-season interest. The project was completed with a comprehensive lighting system designed to highlight the features of the landscape, patio, and walkway, and extend the usability of the outdoor living space after sunset.

Special or Unusual Features:

The expertly crafted stacked stone walls, paired with new plantings in the front yard, serves as a stunning focal point that significantly elevates the home’s curb appeal. It stands out as a beacon of the Campbell & Ferrara difference in the neighborhood.
